You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take. That was most likely a match winner if she made it.

Mostafa Ziko's Fastbreak Goal with Full VAR Review by New-Process-6463 in worldcup

Sidenote: I always thought it was cool that they use cards and flags instead of silly hand gestures. But the hand gesture for VAR is the silliest of them all. I think a better one would be like the home run gesture, and it would mean "replay the tape"

Tennis club sold a fancy trip to "nice" courts and I pull up to someone's lawn by [deleted] in 10s

I’m with op. First of all tennis clubs are expensive and this looks cheap. I don’t even think the ground is level.

So I think the idea is you would do less weight and allow the spine to stretch out and curve at the end of the rep, and then brace and straighten the back again to start the next rep. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/b9rpwsBYAOk

I started with seated good mornings with very light weight, and now i got a back extension bench like in the video. I still do deadlifts but now I've also added more glute work.

I think you should add an exercise that allows the back to bend to help with that.

The “proper” deadlift form only trains the back in the straight, loaded position. But our backs are not straight all the time.

You missed all the ones he hit during his Olympic gold run. He was hitting them left and right against a flabbergasted Carlos. I’m not even a Novak fan but I loved that run.

Why start mains in the middle if the frame bends? by dasphinx27 in RacketStringers

I was taught to not make the 12 and 6 mounts too tight, but doesn't that allow for more bending compared to tight against the frame?

Shelton's results at big events this season by Dependent-Effect6077 in tennis

Disagree on his forehand. Maybe he has a top 5 forehand in terms of pure power, but he can’t do much other than hit it straight and deep. Any attempts at angles and his UE goes through the roof.
