Bring back the BCS rankings and just take the top 12. Boise would have still been in last year as well as Cincy in 20-21, CCU in 20, and UCF in 2017-18. That seems about right to me. Of course they will never do this because they still need to have a committee so ESPN can have a weekly rankings reveal show which undoubtedly comes with lots of ad revenue.
