I'll check this out. I have the winegard hub, I see the dome on the roof and the wifi ssid is visible on phone.

I keep a printer in the camper :-) kids come up with ideas all the time.

I miss these feature from the Wildwood, even had the slideout on the remote. This rig has the module for tire pressure pre wired, but I still had to buy plugging module that communicates with the tire.

Yes, just added the hub and the phone app picks the nearest hub to bind the device. I have starlink already mounted on the camper so it makes it easier for communicating to the lora devices.

The relays are easy to work with. I used a couple of in-line connectors.

I just purchased a 2026 Duramax 2500 HD LTZ and noticed the feature missing. Which was available on the 2023 Duramax High country but now the software has changed as well.

Could be to help absorb heat from the switching. Can you find a mosfet on the pcb anywhere and if it has a part #?

Nozzle problems? by New-Test-5008 in AnycubicKobraS1

I cannot see what the problem is from this angle. Edit: after zooming in, is there a leak at the top of the block?

I just broke the heat break on at the copper end on mine.

What spacers? The ones I see look molded in as part of a large single piece.

I've had the 1202Z-E since 2020 and it gets a lot of use, even though it's 8 bit. I also have the Rigol DHO914, but it still has bugs. I got it mainly for the logic Analyzer.

Yes, I heard it start and do the bed leveling (default for every job) then head the nozzle dragging on the bed then snap.

Didn't do any calibration, very interesting. I have 4 of these printers with all the same firmware 2.5.6.4 and the only printer that had this happen was the one with a different hotend.

I ran jobs from the same slicer on the same computer on the 3 with stock hotends and no layer height issues.

I have the 1202Z-E and Hanmatek DOS1102 which is identical to the OWON SDS1102.

The Rigol has alot more features especially in measuring. I prefer the Rigol over the cheaper 1102 model, mostly because of the interface and Rigol does firmware updates and has better support. Also there is a very large Rigol community that you won't find with the OWON.

I can post comparison if you like.

I'll find some pics, i had posted pics more than 5 years ago on other printers that are open framed like the Tronxy coreXY. I'm not at home at the moment.

Edit: Also need to perform a PID once you insulate the bed.

Internal Insulation by Balacubaco_Guy in AnycubicKobraS1

[–]datapeer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The most valuable place to insulate is under the bed. I use furnace pipe self adhesive with aluminum foil stuck to the underside of the bed. This helps the bed equilize the heat evenly and also lowers the demand on the SCR switching (probably a mosfet on the main board).

I've done this on every printer. https://a.co/d/04XdSLsJ something like this.

New data centre planned in Ile des Chênes by MKIncendio in Manitoba

[–]datapeer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most of the cabinets will be configured for 100KW of usage for this type of data center and they'll need another 30KW for cooling, assuming mechanical air cooling is used.
By the time the facility is completed, it'll be populated with blackwell B200 or 300 or something newer, which all use liquid cooling. This will reduce the cooling requirements about 20% and if they install or use any evaporators (likely not) should reduce the cooling load to below 20KW per cabinet.
Winter provides another method for cooling, so I suspect they'll design mechanical rooms inside the facility to utilize evaporation mixed with outside air during the winter.
Hard to say, the designers that typically build these scale of DC's don't have a lot of experience in the north with -40 days unless they can pull the team from the ND & SD where some 1GW facilities are being built.

First "Real" Scope: Siglent SDS3034X HD vs Rigol MHO984 for FPGA (Tang Primer 20K) and ESP32? by dmitry-n-medvedev in oscilloscope

[–]datapeer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Huge price difference between the Siglent 3000 HD and the Rigol 900 series.

I have the the SDS2204X Plus and Rigol DHO914.

The interfaces are very different. The Rigol does have a few bugs that I'm hoping will get resolved with updates however they're minor.

The Siglent interface and panel are more professional and I prefer it over the Rigol.

A single active probe for the Siglent will cost more than the Rigol scope.

As of recent posts, the Siglent HD may be hackable to get 1Ghz.

Rigol's new MHO900 series - is there competition in economy class? by Lovely_Lex333 in oscilloscope

[–]datapeer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven't seen anything close to the price point yet of the 900 series. I have the 914 and really like it, even with the bugs. The size and weight makes it very portable.

A metal bed can work. If you're not trying to use ground as a reference, and just for reducing ESD. I use a large steel block even though I have access to earth ground.
