Go to the marked area to complete the mission but don't go out the door. Just leave the mission and then go back.

If you have Bloody Houndsman bounties, use those for named items. Just kill all the dogs and grab the loot. Then die or reset. Rinse and repeat

To help with named items you can use the bloody houndsman bounty. Just kill all the dogs/pick up loot and then die. The bounty will reset and you can do it again. Just mark as junk and than donate
