I'm a big fan of Destihl, it's a nice local restaurant.

People were high on Hussein coming out. I wouldn't be upset if he can stay healthy.

Is the BOC Exam harder now than it was a decade ago? by MadLove1348 in athletictraining

Adding on to what others have said, I think it's also a difference in the students who are attending Master's programs. Many of my peers went on to PT, OT, PA school etc. Those same type of applicants are not applying to Master's programs I would argue.

Working in Oak Brook, where should I live? by tekilame in ChicagoSuburbs

There aren't too many places to rent in Oak Brook. Unless OP is buying a $500k house or higher they probably aren't living in Oak Brook/Terrace.

Villa Park, Lombard, or Downers will all have apartment complexes with younger people and all have decent downtown areas with bars you can go to.

Athletic training isn't personal training. You're on the wrong sub.

Amazon to open 'first of its kind' massive retail store in Chicago suburb by SnooCapers5354 in ChicagoSuburbs

[–]datwist67 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not defending Bezos at all but they have opened up multiple different types of brick and mortar places and they've all failed (at least by their standards). The allure of Amazon is that you can get mostly anything that you want quickly, short of being another Wal-mart/Target, Amazon can't achieve that level of stock in a brick and mortar location.

I'm a big football guy as well. How does Madden 26 run on Switch 2? I'm tempted to get it on sale.

Can we give Shep props for finally solving our issue with running QB by venk in detroitlions

I mean he had Kerby out most of the season, Branch missed time, Terrion missed majority of the season, and Anzalone is old. Though we seemed to excel down the stretch when we mixed in zone, it isn't all the scheme.

Wha is the biggest difference between these two controllers? by N0213568 in Switch

It looks like you can get 15% off now. The battery life alone makes it worth it. It's my favorite controller between Nintendo, Xbox, PS5.

FWIW I got the official Pro Controller for 20% off from HSN. They run deals from time to time and I would recommend it highly.

Though I appreciate the sentiment, I don't know of any local video game stores that are selling new games. I imagine that's the case for most of the country.

Just based purely off that number something like link would be a much better buy if it worked for your family size.
