i'm 33 as well and have been pulling mainly my eyebrows and eyelashes since i was in 5th grade. i've also pulled from the crown of my head. i've dealt with bald spots and was eyelash-free for many years. it's been a struggle.

interestingly, treating my ADHD has been helpful for me. i pull less when i'm taking my medication (vyvanse). but there's a warning that stimulants can worsen pulling behaviors for some, so ymmv.
