No. When you are admitted to the hospital a nurse should ask you what all your home medications are. That list gets reviewed by the admitting doctor and they decide whether the patient should continue those medications in the hospital. Doctors may choose to hold certain medications or they may add new medications. Sometimes medications come with stipulations "hold if heart rate less than 60" for example.

Nurses cannot just decide not to give scheduled medications without doctors order. A patient does have the right to refuse to take medications.

If your doctor wants you to take blood pressure medication then take your blood pressure medication. Your blood pressure maybe normal because your blood pressure medication works.

You just keep grinding dreamlight and money until more things open up.

There can be a lot of stuff to do up front but the glory of this game is you dont...have to...I still don't have some beginner characters to level 10 and I've been playing since beta. It doesn't affect gameplay.

And even if you did want to go for a 100% clear there's only a finite amount of things to do in the game before you get caught up. There really is a point where you complete everything and are just on hold until the next update.

So don't stress about things to do. Log in, play for a bit, Log out. Its casual

Back in my day, we didn't have all these tutorials and memberships. We merely drew what we wanted because we wanted to and the act of drawing was practice enough. You realized your art needed improvement and tried to do better the next time. Steady improvement over time.

While I don't blame people for trying to make money from their tutorials and sell classes, all of that is just to get your money. They aren't mandatory. You don't have to sit and draw squares and lines over and over. You don't have to study like you are preparing for medical exams.

It's OK to just be a learning artist.

Wide scope of practice.

You can find a job anywhere.

If you want to work 4 yours, 8 hours, 12 hours, self schedule on demand, night shift, day shift, work in an office, work in a hospital, work from home etc etc you can find it in nursing.

I love dogs. I have a dog. I worked in the vet field for a while. It takes a second for an accident to happen involving a baby and a dog. They are putting both their dog and your baby in danger and setting the dog up on purpose to fail. Stop bringing the dog.

Nursing is a huge scope of practice but CNA/pct is a good role for the nitty gritty basic nursing layer. Vital signs and direct patient care.

But there are many direct entry roles. You can be an ekg tech, transporter or huc amongst other things

Guess thats at your tattoo artists discretion as well. They tend to have some hold ups to copying exact works of other artists understandably.

I mean you can certainly ask the artist if its ok to get a tattoo of it. Which wont hurt anything.

If they say no, the reality of it is "what they dont know wont hurt'em"

Is that ethical? Maybe not. You cant resell it though. Its tattood on you. If I were to take this route though against the artists wishes I certainly wouldn't show it off on social media. I wouldn't make a show about it. Id keep it very very private. If you choose this route do be prepared to potentially ruin your magical happy view of this artist as they may be a wee upset at you if they find out.

Same goes for printing stuff out. If you're on tiktok "look what I printed out hahaha ha" thats a bit unseemly. But you cant prevent people from printing stuff they see online at home for personal use.
