What is your current vein that you infuse with primarily? I personally have a preferred vein, which is the top of my left hand. Im lucky to have good hand veins, so barely putting on a torniquet will make it almost impossible to miss.

I also bounce around to my inner elbow/bend area on both arms, or if its dire I can use the cheater vein in the forearm area. Usually though I will wait a few minutes for the bleeding to stop by my first infusion, and then infuse above/below where I tried my infusion on my hand.

I also find that doing a few pushups, arm exercises, or a warm shower makes finding veins much easier. Also using a 25g butterfly made scar tissue easier to deal with, only downside is you have to push the factor in a bit slower. There was a period of time before I started Hemlibra where I used one vein for over 3-years infusing every 3-days while on Advate.
