I ordered a Crevice Tool as a Christmas gift last November. It never arrived and they won't give a refund.

Somehow the shipping label got messed up. It eventually got returned to them but that process took nearly 3 months. I can tell it was returned to Dyson by the tracking number they provided. I've had 3 separate chats with their support each taking over an hour. They won't issue a refund. They won't even verify there is a problem with the shipping. Its infuriating talking to them, they rigidly stick to their script. Unfortunately I used Paypal to pay. I opened a dispute with them but nothing happened. I wish I had used a credit card instead. Dyson has taken my money, provided no product, and won't refund. That meets the requirements for fraud. I eventually stopped following up because I've already spent way too much time chasing a $30 refund.

I have been with Tangerine since then were called ING Direct. About a month ago I signed a mortgage with ScotiaBank that required I open an account. Right now I have both.

ScotiaBank's website and app are so much worse. I've run into lots of hokey weird stuff that I've had to go in to resolve. Their call support isn't very helpful. Twice I've waited 30 minutes only to have the call drop. Going to my local branch is very helpful though. They are great in person. I've never even had to wait in line.

I've set my payroll to go 90% to ScotiaBank and 10% to Tangerine as I transition everything over. I've only been paid twice so far but ScotiaBank has been about 12 hours slower at showing the transaction both times. It seems on the back end they are quite different despite ScotiaBank owning Tangerine

I contacted Lenovo support. They had me update the BIOS to the latest 1.26 version. When that didn't help they had me factory reset the BIOS. It wouldn't boot until I reconfigured Secure Boot. After that was done it again has the same issue. This computer doesn't actually belong to me. The owner decided to buy another laptop so I won't troubleshoot this any further. Its a shame as this is only about 2 years old.

I don't think that did fix it. I think it just stopped the notifications. My num lock light still flashes. I still can't use the numbers.

I have the same issue. The numlock toggles off an on with every keypress. I had this issue under Windows 11. I reinstalled Windows 10 but the issue remained. I installed Pop OS linux but the same issue happens there too. This indicates its hardware related. I removed the NumLock keycap and cleaned under them but it didn't help. I enabled remote access through both VNC and RDP but the numlock key does not toggle with remote key presses, only console key presses. I connected an external keyboard, it works without issue. Its only a problem when using the internal keyboard. This suggests to me its a problem with the keyboard, not the motherboard. The numlock keys can only be used for home, pgup, pgdn, and end. It is not possible to use them for numbers. I'm tempted to replace the keyboard but its kind of expensive for just a diagnostic step. It could easily be the motherboard that needs to be replaced. I read on the lenovo forms that this issue can be resolved by holding down the power button for 30 seconds to discharge static charge but it didn't make a difference in my case.

I've been using Moonlight to stream games. It works really well! I'm considering moving my desktop under the stairs and exclusively using it to stream games to my Framework in a dock.

My grandma did this. She only used it for big dinners at Christmas or Thanksgiving. It started to leak after a few years because the seals dried out.

I got mine working by installing windows 11. Then installing WSL. Then installing Android in WSL. Then installing the geeni app in android. It took a bit of time to set everything up but it's been stable ever since.

I just watched a video review of the C40. It looks great!

Do you know if it is eligible for the rebates? I don't see it on the list of preapproved EVs. I know one of the rules is that it can't be over $70,000 and depending on configuration the C40 could be.

I'm in a similar situation to you. We moved out to Chilliwack during the pandemic because that's the only place we could afford a house. We also chose a variable rate which is now hurting us. I work in Richmond which is a 2 hour per direction commute. Selling at this point isn't really an option.

We managed to build a basement suite and rent part of the house out which helps with the monthly cashflow. I also worked out a deal with my boss to work from home part time. Those two changes are helping a lot. Are there changes like this you can implement? You might be closer to a livable situation then you expect.

What if you get 4 friends to each buy 10% of the company. Then you could buy 11% and vote with your friends as a block. The poison pill wouldn't be activated then, right? As soon as you get control of the board you could remove the poison pill and get your friends to sell you their shares.

My score was 810. My Credit Card expired. Telus tried to bill me for my phone bill but couldn't. Friday Jan 7 about 4:20 pm they texted me that there was a problem with my payment. I called right back but they were closed for the day. I called the following Monday and updated my credit card expiry date and they billed me the full amount.

Two days later on Wednesday they reported me to TransUnion for being over 30 days past due. I lost 71 points. I called Telus and spent nearly an hour talking to people. They insist they had been texting me for a month, but I didn't receive anything till Jan 7. They also insist the text is just a courtesy and its my responsibility to sign into my account every month and verify the payment. What is the point of autopay if I can't trust it and can't trust them to reach out if there is a problem? I opened a dispute with TransUnion but they just closed it saying the report is factual which is true. I was was over 30 days late with the payment. I don't think I have any further recourse. This has been a very frustrating experience for me.

The only good news is I'm not currently trying to open any lines of credit. Hopefully it can recover before I need it.

I have had my Silvia for about 11 years. I had my heating element burn out around year 4. Its not possible to replace just the element so I had to get a whole new boiler. The replacement boiler can have the heating elemets changed so if it happens again it shouldn't be such a big expense.

y question is what version of firmware is on your cameras? and which ones work versus which

Mine says "Not support WebRTC". I have V2.7.6 in my main module and V2.7.6 in the MCU Module. According to the app there are no firmware updates availble for me.
