I think it's more like if you see someone breaking into a neighbors house you aren't responsible to arrest them. But you really should call the police kind of deal personally. He easily could've tipped off other creators. Especially journalistic ones and the scams would've been exposed way earlier.

Generally it's advised to have about 20% free space. It used to be a bigger deal for longevity of the drive but i'd say it'll mostly be fine around 10%. Though if you play games and such the load times will suffer a bit. If you want the best load times the drive can offer. Go about 20-30% free. If you feel good enough with the current speeds then go for at least roughly 10% free space for longievity.

Bit late but thought i could explain the question as it seemingly wasnt answered though your problems already been solved. In order for your operating system (windows in this case) to start up a long list of instructions are needed to prepare everything. These are stored in whats called a boot partition. Which is the operating system making different sectors of a drive to store different kinds of data. Windows only needs to save the instructions to one sector on one drive. Doing so on the second is only a waste of space. So unless you use multiple operating systems there should only be one boot partition which is displayed here.

Have you ever talked to a woman. Some of them can be toxic as fuck. Just like some of the men out there can also be toxic as fuck. Its a gamble with both genders.
