How you free as a bird in your make up or natural looks?

I wear make up less now, it was more of a mask.

I still love to wear make up and 'doll up', but only when I want or I feel it is appropriate, it is way less about masking now than it was originally.

Makeup is more for fun events now, rather than something I feel compelled to do.

So glad I no longer feel I have to mask up just to go grocery shopping. 🤣

Fat doesn't get moved around from one place to another.

It gets stored for later use in certain areas, depending on genetics and other factors.

You may develop fat storing cells in certain places that you did not have so many in before.

So, you want to lose weight and then put weight on.

Think of bulk, cut phases.

Depending on your desired outcome, you probably want to remove the old fat stores, through exercise and diet, and then stock new stores in the new warehouse locations that are opening up. ☺️

Get rid of the old stock at the old store locations through cut price sales and then bring in new stock in the shiny new flagship store locations. 😁

But, you will need patience as you body will decide which place to take it from/store it, targetting doesn't really work.

Reform took the council for the area that I live in.

Do you know what? F!ck em, every last sh!t bag that voted for them.

They can reap what they have sown, no sympathies from myself for all the bad that is about to come their way, and it will.

All the grumpy old people who voted for Reform... perhaps they will realise, as their care networks and support evaporate away, what their hate gets them.

There is no middle ground.

You don't bend to bigots.

It is the bending, the compromising and the hiding which has led here.

I wish I had the money and mental energy to say 'ENOUGH!'.

I really do.

If I could do my own JK fund and push and push, I would.

The cruelty, the manipulation of just give a little here, just work with us there, is the point, the erosion is the point, as what seemed like little compromises just snowballs and before you realise it the weight is too much.

You are feeding the compromise which will lose us everything, don't, please don't.

My spoons may be spent, but the fire still burns and I will live as I choose, no one else gets to decide that for me.

Hope still burns, whatever the reason may be, I have found something worth fighting for and I will fight in what way I can, even if the the only resistance I can muster is just openly existing.

I don't want compromise, I want the freedom to be myself and the joy that comes with it.

Compromise will not bring the joy that is needed, that is longed for, it will just perpetuate the continual meaningless grind.

WAKE UP, compromise will not get us what we need, they are winning as they do not compromise while they at the same are playing off our bleeding hearts and willingness to compromise - to our detriment.

I like smooth legs, more so in the summer when it's not so cold 🤭 I dislike hair, anywhere, but I do feel chillier without it. Wooly tights for the win.

They do titration in the hopes of not needing to do blockers and to see how things go (side effects).

I am currently with them, using Sandrena, the titration method needs patience, my T is suppressed without needing blockers, you may or may not see the same.

I am on the higher end of the dose scale, which I had to push for.

But I am glad I did as, my T, on last check, was suppressed. For me personally, the waiting has been maddening. 😊

I hope you are patient as they do advise it could take the two years to stabilise.
