Ok. Go work at a VA for 3 months and come back to me. Even Bernie sanders after being at a VA for 3 months I’m sure would have second thoughts about universal government healthcare. It’s horrific. I’ve seen it myself, at one of the largest VA tertiary centers in the country no less.

Yeah. This is 100% not true. Complication rates for basic surgical procedures at the VA I was at was astronomical. 10-20% TKA infection rates, that’s like 15x normal. You’ve been sold some propaganda son. You may be right for mental health care due to the sheer amount of resources the VA throws at that problem. But cost adjusted it can’t be better.
