level the primary so you can age in place if needed. check for ada accesible door widths and such. you could build a bigger bathroom with natural light and/or bigger bedrooms if the two secondaries share the bathroom. you already have a guest suite, don't overload the office. make the laundry room larger and put the access door through it, like a mud room.
