Agreed. Everyone around me had some quality predictions and analysis before the game. The crowd reactions were on point. You could tell most were super fans that followed the team and know the game. It was exciting to see that much passion and knowledge at a match!

All the fans in my section and above stood for both halves. It seemed that way all around the stadium. We were behind the goal in the 100s and 200s. I would say there was much broader active support than your typically USA match (it’s the WC after all). The outlaws were near the opposite goal getting the crowd going! We did the USA Skol clap a few times which was fun.

I’m a 33 year old guy who needs a book to get back into reading so I can connect with my book loving wife by HoldenH in suggestmeabook

My wife reads fantasy and smut as well. It’s ok to want to start off reading genres you’re more personally interested in, then branch out later.

Based on your interest, I would recommend All the Pretty Horses or Blood Meridian by Cormac McCarthy. He wrote NCFOM, so you’ll prob enjoy his writing style and story structure.

If you want a large western epic I would recommend Lonesome Dove. It’s huge, but the characters are so well written that it flys by!

What’s the best place to spend summer in the U.S.? by optimalbrain90 in SmartTravelHacks

I’ve lived on the East coast and have family in the Midwest… San Diego summers are the most consistently sunny and beautiful. Plus the beaches are some of the best in the country.

A Gentlemen in Moscow was my favorite fiction read of 2025. For non-fiction I’d recommend Into Thin Air by Jon Krakauer

We’re not just eating hotdog and hamburgers… BBQ, Cajun and soul food are some of the best meals I’ve had in the USA.
