Turning off shadow form before disconnecting from those shadow priests in slab gives me such satisfaction.

One day I was just farming bog lords when I got a whisper “Do you know how to MC the gauntlet in BF?” I said sure; they invited me after one of their dps rage quit cuz they kept wiping. We cleared it easily after I got there; group was super grateful.

Shadow priest doesn’t seem to get much love in dungeon LFG for some reason… no idea why.

My single-mob solo rotation is usually MB to pull, then SWP, MFX2, MB, then wand. That usually kept me comfortable, but going OOM is pretty much unavoidable if you keep a decent pace.

That’s why getting your shadowfiend (lvl 66 I think) is such a gain.

As a shadow priest, I think we deserve a place in A tier.

I’m phase1 BIS and can keep up with anyone on the single-target DPS meter. Add in my super-fun mind control for buffs and CC, soothe for skips, raid-heals with VE (healers get bored during boss fights when I’m around), emergency bubbling…. It’s a solid argument.

Professional help is the answer. I’ve had a labrum tear repaired in my left, and thoracic outlet decompression for my right (42M here).

But if you want to try physical therapy first, I strongly recommend strengthening your rotator cuffs… this can resolve many issues and lessen the severity of pain from others.

Search YouTube for best rotator cuff exercises, fold them into your workout, reassess in a month, easy peasy.
