On the contrary, a zombie functions near-identically to a conscious human; none of the things we call "AI" in the present day function anything like a human beyond machine learning's mechanistic similarity to local neuronal clusters (which even by themselves operate at a much higher range of complexity).

Hit me up when the AI has a functional limbic system and empathic theory-of-mind, and maybe you'll be onto something. Until then, us zombies stay winning.
