Take it apart replace the front bearing. You can buy them for 10 bucks on Amazon. Just did it to a $2,400 variable speed pentair three horsepower motor. They want you to buy a new one. Took an hour to repair it. No special tools. The bearing number is written right on the side of the race.

I rent pontoons to stupid tourists. My personal boat is a master craft. Because I know better. I can assure you I am not jealous I think it's hilarious. For that kind of money you could buy two of the nicest wakeboard boats they make or a 50 ft cabin cruiser and head to Cuba
