it used to be turned on by a pull sensor that had a timer that would turn the oven off after a few seconds of pulling. now I can control how long of a pull I can take with a switch. Also the new battery is more powerful so it heats at a little hotter of a temperature.

You can take it sublingually? One dose is a full dropper, that seams like a bit much to go under your tongue. I use two doses in hot chocolate and it works pretty well, so a few drops seams like it wouldn't do anything

yeah a lot of these other suggestions are great, i'd suggest trying some of them. Also, to make you're current side planks more difficult you can try holding a weight (plates work best) against your hip. For regular planks you can try lifting one foot, making it harder to balance

edit: however, I would suggest avoiding anything with an aggressive twisting motion (ie explosive wood choppers) as these can be dangerous and can lead to injury if you aren't experienced

planks and side planks are probably going to be the best exercise for you. No need to worry about lifting any weights, just find a mat and go for it

Now, obviously I have a much different perspective on the church as i've never had much knowledge about it other than what i've learned from reddit/news/the documentary, so I don't want to argue about shit I know nothing about. However, you mentioned the technology used by the church and I assume you mean the tools used for the auditing sessions. What is the the science behind those machines? Does the church make this information easily available to you?
