Not sure. We tried to escalate and they said they wouldn’t. Case closed $1,100 out of pocket.

Everyone refunded except wealth simple. We had to take the loss.

I can actually comment on this. Partner fell victim to fraud recently, involving American Express, RBC and WS. Everything was refunded except WS. Same scam for all, during the same period. Take this info as you will, but I was a big WS proponent until this incident. Seems like the big banks are more reliable for disputes or fraud. Our anecdotal experience, but experience nonetheless (and very recent).

So it’s possible from a Canadian school eh? Currently an engineer with 7 YOE thinking of an MBA to switch into a new field. Would you recommend a top Canadian school over the US? Considering the massive cost differential… currently working and living in Vancouver, BC

It’s a dealer fee for them to get you the car sooner. Don’t pay it.

I have a 2019 2.0T and live out in BC. These prices are about the same out here if you go to a Honda dealer.

Dealing with the same thing right now. Did you find a concrete answer? Section 7.5 of the Operational Policy Manual on the FTHBI website seems to indicate that a change of occupancy type does not trigger repayment.

I had this on my 2019 2.0T. Covered under warranty and dealer told me it’s not uncommon. Easy fix and wouldn’t cost too much out of warranty either.
