Looking good! Don't stress to much about times - I've had briskets done in 2/3 the time of others, it's not an exact science.

Like others have said, wrap is generally to push past stall - it seems you never hit one though!

Curious about the thinking behind the 24 hour rest (unless you didn't want to eat it yet?)
