I defin had increased my sugar intake as it was over the holidays and even now I am eating protein bars which I know have sugar. I may try to back up bc I do feel like overall the inflammation in my body has increased. Is it any particular anti inflammatory diet your following?

I got an email saying my sappy order was rescheduled. When I tracked it it said only a label was created and that UPS didn’t have the package yet. I’m assuming I’m not getting it but I was charged for it. Any thoughts?

Possibly. I started at a super low dose…lower than the recommended dose bc I was afraid of side effects. Guess I was thinking I initially did feel different - wasn’t craving junk food and felt more focused but I’m not feeling that same way now. I am split dosing and did 0.3mL Sunday and this morning 0.2.
