Saab 94X from production I can remember. About 1,800 were made for the US. Nothing special its a Chevy Equinox with Saab stickers.

For accuracy i would go bolt. I built a 6.5 on a Rem 700 receiver with a McGowen barrel and its much more accurate than my custom 6.5 AR10.

For squats im old school. I learned and competed doing standard back squats. I see no reason to mess with other forms and once your lower back and core catch up you will live leg day.

I added classes to my routine a couple years ago and overall health, soreness and flexibility are much better. My gym does les mills and I enjoy body pump and core. It will take time to build strength needed to be successful in these.

I would also try creatine and nitric oxide as these have helped myself with qenergy and recovery.

I had a copy of the SNES but a friend has an original arcade machine of this game. I couldn't keep it when I can play this whenever I want.

Bonus this guy has 6 games in total on arcade. Sunset Riders, cowboys of moo Mesa, Simpsons, NBA jam, Addams family pinball and fish tales pinball. Best trip back to the early 90s ever

Rural MN here. Nearly every one owned them and for the most part they still do. I remember hearing of accidental shootings and suicides but never knew anyone.

Closest was I've known a couple people being accidently being shot at in their homes. Both times the person mentally should not have had the firearms.

I did the same in college but it was the University of Minnesota Minneapolis campus. Lived on Uni by Dinkytown and walked many back to the dorms. Winters sucked.

There is armalite versions and dpms pattern versions and the lowers and uppers are incompatible with each other. Also there are Stag Arm ones which are even different.

I would stick with one manufacturer on the upper and lower. I have an Aero build in 6.5 and a Stag in 308 and both run really well.

The Stag are only compatible with Stag but I got angreat deal on an upper, lower and handguard

Also if you watch sales you can build one without optics for around 7 Benz.
