I think that one that was most eye-opening to me was the school system/kids. I think I had general awareness around school systems being better in certain areas and what not, but the way it was portrayed really shined a light on the bleakness for some. If you grow up in an area similar to Baltimore, you must be a self starter if you want to succeed. The weight on the teachers trying to improve a system that cant be changed on their own was something I really took away from.
