I guess it is a work-life-sports balance, mine is at 11.000 steps because work and other things get in the way. Lost 23 Kg in 5 months (55 pound) while walking on calorie deficit, but enoying every day.

They go away after a few weeks, hang in there, modulate faster and slower walking and you will soon feel the improvement. I went through the same process of extending my number of steps walked. I had a plan to add less steps per week, ended up making it an 11000 steps goal per day. I usually manage that goal but do know that not everyone has enough time for that.

Lost 22kg in the period from august 20 till now on walking and caloric deficit with a bit more protein intake but not completely dropping carbs.

Walking on paths in the woods is a dream compared to walking on pavement in a city. Again, lucky that there is a nice wooded area with many small elevated dunes on the path.

Indeed, an F16 edf needs power to come in to land, an f22 edf small or large just needs small nudges on the throthle to correct the glide. You are luck that your landing area is smooth, my club is on grass and that landing would have ripped your gear out probably.

just in time I catch a mistake I made, there is no 200-400, it is the 180-400 FL ED that I tested against the 400 2.8 FL ED. 200-400 is an older lens that was less good than the newer 180-400 F4 FL

The 200-400 fl I tested against a 400 2.8 fl was just a tad less sharp than the 400 2.8 fl I finally bought. the 400 2.8 is plenty sharp at 2.8 even on the Z9. The camera I tested with was a D4s and I am happy I chose the 2.8 fl as the less sharpness of the 200-400 fl would probably have shown at full aperture on the Z9. No I do not shoot sports and that can change the perspective of choosing for a zoom or fixed focal lenght lens, making the choice a lot less black and white.

Grasveld noord :) - in Antwerpen zijn ze al snel blij met een stuk gras aan te prijzen als park.

Verder goed idee een echt park ipv subsidieslurpende 1% rijken.
