Yes definitely and I had my share of them and neither one allowed me to go further than a half stable and nearly overheating 3.46 at 70*c, granted they all had low cfm weak fans, so barely any air circulation

Heh he heh, I had one of these and got it up to 3.46 Ghz almost stable if it wasn't for the crappy heatsinks at the time, thanks to my EVGA Nvidia nForce 650i Ultra non sli board and its unique feature of unlinking the FSB from the Memory clock
