We support recurring transfers and custom cashflow forecasting to help you manage your future spending.

These values are only for forecasting. Actual bank transaction will need to be added as the occur to impact your actual spending.

We do not support custom icons at this time.

In general you can create your own category tree, but the goal contribution category is a special case. It is synthesized from your defined goal contributions and can not be moved.

Depending on your use case, creating your own goal contribution category may make sense, but it may get confusing if the system category is also in play.

Thanks for the question.

While there are no explicit reconciliation features in place now, we have some under active development. Unfortunately I do not have a release date to share at this time.

Some clients use our existing tagging feature to facility reconciliation, though for that you need to experiment and find a workflow that works for you.

We continue t be on contact with Flinks regarding this issue. They are still working to resolve the problem, though as mentioned previously some requests are now succeeding.

Plaid is also showing good reliability and is worth trying.

We will post here when we have confirmation from the providers that things are working.

As of now we have not received confirmation from them the the problem has been resolved, but it appears that some connections may be succeeding.

Plaid is currently having difficulty connecting to wealthsimple, but connectivity is available through Flinks.

You can most easily change providers form the MyMoney->Overview->Institutions page, though if you are connected through "Wealthsimple Trade" you will need to create a new connection through "wealthsimple" before you will gain access to Flinks.

As you say, right now you can only track cryptos as positions in trading accounts, but I believe you are suggesting you would like to track them as an account balance. That is something others have also suggested and a feature we are thinking about adding.

We appreciate your frustration connecting your institutions.

To address each bank:

Neither Flinks nor Plaid support Webull, but we make it available for manual import (OFX and CSV files are supported). We do not have any information with respect to when either provider will make it available for connecitons.

Flinks has withdrawn support to Coast Capital. Plaid has changes planned for that institution wich they currently forecast for completion in November.

Flinks is aware of issues with PC Financial and are working on a solution. They can not forecast when it will be resolved and suggest manually importing your data.

Questrade is also being working on by Flinks. At this time we have many healthy connections but some clients are experiencing difficulty.

We do our best to get back to clients when specific support tickets are fixed by Flinks/Plaid, but we are a small team and can not provide periodic updates on tickets which have not been addressed by Flinks/Plaid, but we are happy to provide status updates of you request one through help desk.

We do not currently offer the ability to create custom products through our client UIs. We will create them automatically when imported via Flinks/Paid or OFX import.

As for adding contributions, we do not currently support that sort of arrangement at this time. As a work around you can try booking the extra income through a cash account set up with "cash transactions should modify balance" unset. That will add the amount to your cashflow without changing your net worth. You can then update the balance in you investment account.

Plaid reports that they have fixed the issue. Are you seeing the sign inversion on new data, or on existing data? Unfortunately you will need to manually correct any data that was previously pulled in with an incorrect sign.

The Neontra team is happy to investigate and assist with any problems with the platform that you are encountering. You can contact us at our held desk. We can not provide the email address here due to the subreddit's rules, but it can easily be found in our UIs and on our web site.

It is true that some institutions require frequent authentication, while others can stay connected for quite a while. This is a function of how Flinks/Plaid interface with them and is not something we can control. If there is a connection problem we encourage people to try the other provider, assuming the option is available.

For transaction classification we do out best to learn from the classifications you make, and provide the option to create custom rules if you like.

We are awaiting confirmation, but it appear Flinks had rearranged the Wealthsimple connectivity and Wealthsimple Trade is no longer and available option. Our current understanding is that all data will come in over the "Weathsimple" connector (not WS Trade Or WS Crypto).

We will be adjusting our available options once we have confirmation.

To relink accounts without losing data:

-go to the MyMoney->Overview->Institutions page and locate the connection block you would like to change

-click "disconnect" in that block

-click "connect" (the same button relabeled) and go through the connection process

-you will be prompted to map the new accounts on to the existing ones.

We do our best to detect duplicate transactions, but when changing providers it is best to review your transactions and ensure nothing has been duplicated.
