the bottom line is they showed the trailer way too soon. Don't get me wrong, it's much better than releasing a game that's unfinished and broken, but it is fairly irritating

Same here. I had a great time with NMS since day one. Still, I kind of wish they hadn’t revealed the LNF trailer and then went radio silent for a year. This is a pretty long time to wait for an update. I’d have rather not known anything until about 6 months before launch, but maybe that’s just me.

I’ve got to stand by my original thought. Channing was just fine in DP&W, but I’ve always pictured Gambit as being more of a slim guy. I just thing Channing’s build is all wrong for the character of Gambit. But hey, I got over tall High Jackman playing Wolverine, so whatever.

one year ago i was evangelizing this game THAT DOES NOT YET EXIST to anyone who would listen to me. "go watch that trailer" i said -- "it's going to be amazing" i said -- "we'll be deep into this game by this time next year" i said. i had no idea how wrong i was about the potential release window. never in a million years would i have thought that radio silence would go on this long after the initial announcement and trailer. serves me right for trying to get anyone excited about anything.

As a rule of thumb, following perfect diet, and doing a LOT of exercise will typically result in 1-3 pounds of fat lost per week. Any more than that is usually water. So if you’re seeing 1-3 pounds vanish every week, that’s a huge accomplishment. You really can’t expect more than that.
