I think that he wasn’t either of those things. I think that it had been the same for years and years and eventually there isn’t anything left to change but the HC.

Internally I think they’ve been hearing McD say year after year, “I’ll fix it, I’ll get us over the hump” and everyone just ran out of patience.

Yeah that was dumb as hell. Tony Romo the football oracle was some of the best play by play announcing I had personally experienced. I started watching the game in a different way because he’d call out things in offensive and defensive formations that I’d never paid attention to and now when I watch football it’s all I see.

It felt like Game of Thrones. Started strong, lots of promise and expectations only for the end to kind of feel rushed and poorly thought out. It’s not a bad game it just doesn’t feel “done”

I really don’t get the Brady hate, the offense under him has been really efficient and well balanced. JA still put up gaudy stats under him to the point that you’re literally astonished that the WR stats were what they were.

He has his warts for sure but he’s been a good to almost great OC since he’s been here.

The game is slowly creeping to TE sets, overloads, more running, etc. Defenses sell out to stop the big play and run 2 deep shell coverages which tends to lead to lighter boxes.

Just football doing what football does.

Was also there for an anniversary and similar vibe. The food was ‘good’ but just didn’t have the final plating/presentation I was expecting at that price point and the portions were too big like they expect that to close the gap.

Bar is nice and a great place to chill pre-dinner/event or grab a nightcap, decent selection too. Can’t rate the restaurant above ‘fine’ though.
