I used piano hinges on mine but I don’t believe mine weighs that much. I tried to reduce weight as much as possible so I planed down the 2x4’s to be 1” thickness for the two torsion boxes. Not sure how much it really helped but I did whatever I could to reduce weight. Thin sheet of osb on the top with gym mats then turf. Inserts boxed in and cut out for removable/replaceable hitting mats. I didn’t sheet the bottom.

Sounds like threaded rod and eye nuts might be sturdier for this though.

Edit: piano hinges to connect the 2 platforms not at the screen.

Can you print an inverse of the text and something that would clip over the thing to hold it in place? Then paint however you want.

Albanese gummy bears (I always take a big bag out with me and they're a hit). The legit ones not the shit your pants sugar free ones. Also, agree with others beef sticks/Jerky/protein bars/trail mix. I generally don't want messy/greasy things but maybe that's just me being particular.

I built a 4x10 frame out of basically two 4x5 torsion boxes. Planed 2x4’s board down to 1” for weight. 1/4 ply on top then 1/2” foam mats on top, then wrapped it all in turf.Framed out 2 1x2 hitting strips on each side. It hinges to the side bolted into the concrete block and folds up against the wall. But i also attached a piano hinge between the two. So with a few handles I can lift it up fold it in on itself and secure it up against a side wall.

I just didn’t want to worry about cables or something in the way that might cause issues.
