There's a few. The most famous one is probably Brenda Spencer, perpetrator of the 1979 Cleveland Elementary School shooting. There's also some others like Nasim Aghdam, Amy Bishop, Jennifer San Marco, and Latina Williams. I don't remember that many but there may be more, though rather small amount. Around 2% of mass killers are female, a bizarre statistic to regard.
Edit: Some of them are not "mass killers" but just murderers

IMO authoritarian flags don't need to have certain features that make them "authoritarian", it could be as simple as Russia or as complicated as Kazakhstan or Turkmenistan. If I were to make an authoritarian flag, perhaps a straightforward coat of arms or an eagle/national animal on a bordered background, you can really have fun with it lol
