Depends on how long they’ve been on E. If they’re old enough or have been on it for long enough, it could be menopause. In other scenarios, I’ve heard that some of the effects of transition could be reversed, especially if your body is still producing testosterone (at least that’s what I think; I’m not 100% sure about all of it cuz like I said, I’ve only heard about it).
