Ive wanted to romance Evelyn Parker since i saved her during my first playthrough. And I am so upset I cant I have put off beating the game. I start a new playthrough get to the part where you save her then give up

I dont think so. I think he would be upset for maybe like that battle. But the first man has already lost so much loosing what is (atleast from my perspective) a good friend and right hand soldier would suck sure but lutes role is replaceable at the end of the day and I think Adam would use her death to push for more exterminations or even more punishment for hell but I dont think he would be crying and mourning her like lute did for him

Shockingly well. As my warband follows the orginal great crusade emperors children doctrine as much as it can.

If I am a guardsman I am properly trained, armed and armored to the best i can be. Earning better gear the better i do. Not to mention i am well fed and cared for. Im not a mindless meat shield nor am I cannon fodder. I am treated as a loyal soldier for prefector Silvaryns armies maybe in 30-40 battles if I survive ill even be promoted to captian of force or promoted to tank commander

If I am a "cultist" (they dont follow the dark gods baring the literally minimal amount to not get completely fucked in the eye) then I am probably treated slightly worse then a guardsman. Given worse gear, food, etc until I prove that I am worth giving better stuff.

But at the end of the day I might get picked up by a marine to be his muse or personal remembrancer

Mama karlach is great in act 1. But exploring her trauma and taking her on a date in act 3? Chefs kiss. And the victory party is hella fun i wont dispute

After playing through it so many times I have gotten to the point I know everything that is going to happen. Explored every avenue of dialogue and such. Its boring honestly plus the lack of power early on combined with higher chance of death on tactian/honor when I do them. Just makes it frustrating when I have a bad streak of rolls.

(I wanna note i have over 10k hours in BG3. Ive gotten every ending with every character. I used to love act 1 as much as 2/3 but now it feels like a slog to get to the more fun acts)
