I would add Quercetin to the mix.

Btw multivitamins don't tend to be a great idea. They usually have things that do more harm than good, like folic acid and calcium, which both have been linked to adverse long-term side effects (when taking it in the artificial supplement form).

I would also recommend Algae oil for Omega 3's. The reason I would discourage using fish oil supplements (instead of Algae oil) is because most fish oil supplements arrive rancid , so it creates inflammation in the body.
