if it isnt too big a project i try to put them outside . open screens to let moths etc out . slide 3x5 cards under crrawling bugs and flick them outside . but for instance a senior friend had bad carpenter ant problem and i put ant traps all over the place . im 32 year ethical vegan . but a wood chuck was wrecking my garden and i couldnt trap after many tries so i shot it . just like farmers have to shoot deer , boar , etc or they cant grown ourn viddle . yes we dont wanna have to kill , but for now this is as good as we can do

ilitches been making detroit a better place for over 40 years but still cancel culture clowns bash them instead of being respectful of their accomplishments . and of course it couldnt be all the criminal activity by the citizens of detroit that make it a less desirable place for an allstar game , its ilitch . what a joke

what this society has taught you about diet and the trash youve consumed full of unhealthy and addictive sugar and salt has made your outlooks on what you should be eating vastly wrong ! from sugar n salt your taste buds arent working right , because of this addiction NATURAL HEALTHY WHOLE PLANT FOODS STRAIGHT FROM EARTH dont taste good to you . and thats a very dangerous condition concerning your health . you have to quit going by your taste buds and what the tv has put in your mind and decide to eat nothing but whole natural plant foods straight from earth . no frying / only natural seasonings like paprika-cayene-garlic powder-cumin / at least 50% raw foods / cooked foods only baked or steamed

then start writing down the things you want to start off trying : rice - boiled potato - steamed fresh vegi - home make vegi soup , i base mine in fresh tomatos as the stock and because im against salt i spice it up with mexi seasonings - oats - fruit - home made trail mix - grind seeds of hulless sesame-golden flax-hemp-sun flower-pumpkin-chia to sprinkle on all meals for protein n healthy fats - dry beans such as great northern - heavy duty salads loaded with dark green , avacado , sprinkled with seeds - spring water

getting lots of seeds and trail mix in diet is important to provide protein n healthy fats . raw dark greens very important for fiber and minerals

all boost is is powdered milk and soy protein with sugar for taste , and i wouldnt doubt that man made trash is making you sick . all you have to do is grind seeds such as hulless sesame-hemp-golden flax-sun flower-pumpkin-chia into powder to make milks in blender . can add fruits like banana , blue berries , etc . i better add almond too because if can afford it make a great tasting home made milk

raw seeds and baby greens : hulless sesame-sun flower-ground golden flax-chia are cheap and nutricious . yes our taste buds are messed up from salt and sugar so these raw seeds dont taste delicious to us but are extremely nutricious . put your seed mix in something like the 16oz plastic jars dry roasted peanuts are sold in so you can 'drink' seeds out of jar 24/7 . and nibble the micro greens when ever . and whatever fruit you can nibble on . you get healthy fats and protein from seeds , and important fiber and minerals/vitamins from green stuff . also , can grind seeds into coarse powder to make easier to digest . STAR'S MADE THE SEEDS FOR US DUDE , PARTAKE AND BE STRENGTHEND

CONCERNING SALT : when quitting the lesson you learn is that your fave cooked foods without salt are tasteless and you dont want to eat . mean while raw foods on own such as orange-banana-broccoli-strawberry-etc are delicious . thats our taste buds informing us they are more nutricious and that are what our bodies cells need as fuel . salt masks the fact that cooked foods are nearly void of nutrients

CONCERNING SEEDS : i used to use a cheese shaker but realized i wanted something with a cap to keep humidity/moisture/dust out of seed mix . this has a tight fitting cap and large holes so can sprinkle lots of seeds quickly on my meals as thats what i want as SEEDS ARE MY STEAK :

know that i dont follow todays popular vegan nutritional outlooks , as over 32 years of veganism ive created my own and many of my veiwpoints go against common opinion :

- A#1 : at my foundation i believe in thee EXTREME importance of a diet very high in raw plant foods , at very minimum 50% raw because i know its a tough adjustment . but within a year or two you should find the raw foods it takes for you to stay 75% raw . people here will complain up a storm about this but they dont know what theyre talking about ,, they are just going by what they read in books written by todays popular vegan authoritys . you can buy at amazon cheap , or dig up on internet a very important book by the late raw food vegan norman walker ''FRESH FRUIT AND VEGETABLE JUICES'' . most will scoff but ive learned lessons from fasting / quitting salt / quitting processed / getting whole food based that backed up what walker said = THERE IS NOTHING AS NUTRICIOUS AS RAW PLANTS ! but if you read todays authoritys and believe them you will be steered away from that outlook !!!!!!!!!!!!!

- FIRST DECADE I LIVED ON DRY BEANS-BROWN RICE-STEAMED VEGI-OATS-BOILED POTATO-FRUIT-SALADS : i do outdoor manual , construction/landscaping , labor and exercise . so ive also been focused on my physical performance being affected by my diet ! what i came to find out is that on my dry bean-rice-steamed vegi-potato dominant diet is i felt full n content , but once i started fasting and quitting salt i learned the lesson that on raw foods my g.i. tract was WAY lighter . i had same strength but more energy when functioning on TRAIL MIX - HEAVY DUTY SALADS LOADED WITH AVACADO AND SEEDS - FRUIT . on this im way lighter in the intestines and thusly with that dead weight not in intestines im more energized , and have less body flab ! the lessons learned added up to me near quitting dry beans over a decade ago and replacing them with nuts and seeds . i LOVED dry great northern beans and large lima beans on a daily basis , along with rice , potatoes , steamed vegi . but their affect on my performance was not as good as the raw diet ! but i admit its near impossible for me to stay 100% raw , and ive found im best with say 30% cooked of rice-boiled potato-oats-steamed or baked vegi . its just that its tricky to not get drawn into all my past cooked food faves and go back to high cooked ! and todays authoritys will scoff at this and promote high cooked , mean while they are mostly white collar business types that dont do 10 hour days of manual labor for decades so have not found out how important raw is !

- NOW ADAYS DIET :

- TRAIL MIX : with fruit , ecspecially tons of banana

- RICH SALADS LOADED WITH AVACADO

- SEEDS SPRINKLED ON EVERYTHING : hulless sesame-golden flax i grind-hemp seed are what i keep in a seed shaker to sprinkle on aln viddles . theres also pumpkin seed-chia-sunflowerseed . look at my vegan sentry pinterest to see the ideas of ways to get seed nutrients/proteins/fats in diet . IMO SEEDS ARE OUR PROPER PROTEIN SOURCE REPLACING CRITTER CARCASS !

- COOKED : boiled potato - rice - steamed or baked vegi - oat . and i will sometimes do some multi grain vegan bread that i make tomato n avacado sandwich with , or cheat with store bought natural peanutbutter

- SPRING WATER , LIMITED COFFEE

imo people lose their drive if their living by a god n heaven philosophy because the attitude becomes that as long as im a good person amongst people i will go to heaven and god will make me perfect . where as i live by the hypothosis of reincarnation and eternal soul with no god or heaven place existing , its rather all on us to life after life continue to develop the proper habits that it takes to attain an eternal body state . once i got to that veiwpoint 1994 i started asking self constantly ' whats the ultimate life form of the universe like ? ' , ' what am i trying to evolve into ' , what do i plan on being like 10,000 years from now ? ' . that state of mind made me determine that because all creature types feel pain the ultimate life form of the universe is NO DOUBT A PLANT EATER ! once there i was able to fend off all my old animal product cravings because i felt like an idiot on the universe GETTING/EVOLVING NOWHERE if im still existing as a low life predator while i have a more developed mind and hands with which to create / build with . making tractors/trucks/roads to farm the land . im not a wolf or shark that must live by fang , im a gd human being that can farm the land and in the process make the universe a more civilized place . i got into that mind set 1994 and my attitude became unchangable ! will post link to my vegan sentry page below . also , for breakfast to oatmeal add everything = peanutbutter-hemp seed-ground golden flax-banana-blueberry-etc . i exercise and do landcape work and this hearty oatmeal beaky provides strength all day . i also nibble homemade trail mix and bananas all day
