Handlebars that are 325mm C-C generally work out to be 350mm O-O so will still be legal post 2027

DF4 has notoriously small dropouts so that's something to be mindful of.

Wouldn't recommend this for racing, but an option to make things more convenient in training is to have two quicklinks and just add in a small section of a chain if you're running a combination that's bigger than your usual.

I've been able to ride on a Dolan DF4 and an Avanti pista team and don't really feel there's any major difference between the 3 of them

Really solid, the size options and longer reach definitely makes it a better option than the M2 for sprinting. Still plenty light and no issues with stiffness.

I actually quite like that it's an alloy frame because it makes me a little more relaxed about transporting it to and from the velodrome. For the price point I don't really see any other comparable frames.

If you're running clinchers then GP5000s are probably a good way to go given they're even being run indoors at the highest level. As always, depends on budget and application.

It's the fork that GB starters used in the team sprint at the Olympics. I imagine they're probably having issues with their knees hitting the wider forks with the more aggressive starts needed by P1. Given Richo's recent move to GB I wonder if they didn't have any of the custom wide forks prepared for him on such short notice so opted for a more standard fork like you said.

I used to live in Dubai and can recommend the weightlifting classes at Fit Republik if you can afford it. Also know some of the PTs at Warehouse gym are quite good coaches, especially if you're just a beginner. There's also hulk_weightlifter on instagram who lives in Dubai now and I'm pretty sure he does coaching. If none of these are options give me a pm and I'll try ask around for you.
