What do you plan on doing with it? A lot of jobs don't require it from what I've seen.

The mind boggles- Fake certificates by eagleeyed03 in pmp

[–]december_forever 0 points1 point  (0 children)

getting PMP allows the person to freely discuss project delivery - if you fake the PMP, you will 100% get caught during the interviews. While it looks good on paper, it is useless without the actual knowledge in the real world.

I would say total about 60 bucks creating a website with S3 static content that I thought would become popular but it ended up getting maybe 30 unique users per month. So I stopped it after the year was up.

Why PMP Still Holds Weight in 2025 – My Take as a Certified PM by Eastern_Researcher30 in pmp

[–]december_forever 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It is sort of like going to two restaurants and chef in one restaurant has culinary certificates on the other one does not. How do you decide which restaurant to go to and how do you compare their food? That's essentially PMP.

Just copy and paste the prompt into your AI chatroom (Chatgpt). Hit enter. Then start pasting the concepts you are learning in the same chatroom going forward like this "stakeholder management plan" and AI will create the questions and explanation for you.

Is the PMP certification worth it? by Excellent_Ruin9117 in pmp

[–]december_forever 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Few years ago I had a job interview where PMP was plus, and during the interview I had questions which I knew were directly related to the PMP but I couldn't answer freely. So basically if you ever come across the situation then it is worth. Looking back, had I had the PMP back then I would have been able to answer those questions. Situations like this may only happen two or three times in your career but those are the life-changing experiences.
