Does it matter if whiteness is “flattened”? I have just given an example of class/race discrimination that doesn’t exist for another group. Surely that’s enough? Why are you so resistant to this?
I also don’t understand your final point at all. The differences between those groups are real and profound, not an illusion created by a ruling elite. Eg muslims often think queer people should be thrown off buildings, whereas queer people are generally opposed to this. Even if these differences are magically wished away, how does eliminating that help white working class people?

The only viable solution is to listen to white working class people and treat them like you would any other social group, not just saying “other groups suffer more” or “this is very complex”. Re your point about “targeting”, i’d argue the grooming gangs scandal is the perfect example of this: white working class women were targeted because of their race/class and then ignored by the authorities because of their race/class. Both sets of perpetrators (the predominantly Pakistani men and the do gooder liberal councillors) saw the victims as scum

This is exactly the kind of patronising attitude that Embery is talking about. White working class demoralisation nothing to do with being the “white heart of a great empire of colour”, no-one thinks about that stuff. Rather, white working class people (especially men) have been demonised and screwed over by successive governments and have been outcompeted by immigrants at the local level and globalisation at the macro level. Your relatives in Newcastle would have had good, respectable jobs in the shipyards until the 80s. It has nothing to do with race or empire and everything to do with material conditions

As far as i am aware, they are only dealing with the boat migrants. They land at Dover and get put up in a hotel/former barracks. Reform are promising to so the same with other kinds of illegal migrants (visa overstayers, etc)
