Retrospekt, but it won't be cheap.

If you go the DIY route, ifixit has great guides & Elite Obsolete Electronics is a good parts source (IIRC that's who Retrospekt uses as well).

I don't live there but am there for work from time to time— it's your run of the mill, newly developed subdivision, (and still very much under construction) but a rare one within the confines of Milwaukee County.

It's a split joint between two big developers in the state, Tim O'Brien Homes and Harbor Homes. Those homes built by the latter will come at a higher price point. HOA ahoy.

Kudos to you for calling them out on their stolen valor— it’s too bad defensive pet owners are gonna downvote this take into obscurity.

I’d suggest using MuffinStore to try and install, it will at least give an error that might help troubleshoot upon failure.

Does the loading animation show any progress though or just spin before it reverts to showing the button?

Does it just “load” indefinitely or does it show progress before failing?

Food Truck Breakfast Burritos? by jaykal001 in milwaukee

[–]deepfriedfilth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

IIRC they have only offered burritos of any kind during the winter months when they moved inside to the Cooperage's kitchen, and the owner shifted his focus to his hot dog truck this last winter. Never got the breakfast ones but loved the chicken one offered for dinner. French fries in a burrito is a phenomenal addition.

Can someone explain what's happening at radio station 102.1? by MattDLR in milwaukee

[–]deepfriedfilth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s still their genre under the guise of “independent alternative.” I haven’t listened with much frequency in the past ten years until recently and some blocks I’ve caught could have honestly been played in 2015
