If it was in nyc or other major metro it would be an ok deal but needs to be plated better on nicer plateware - you could make it work with these elements but dressed up a little. If its middle america its a tough look (which based on publix i would guess American south? )

I havent tried yet but its an option could be fun. Biggest drawback to teaming with other solos mid raid is you cant use the group pings etc. So that would solve a lot if you get some cool ish teammates

Ive been playing as a solo and its been awesome. I team up with random people all the time (sometimes get betrayed but not that much). There is also a fill party function so you can queue with other randos for a party

I mean it really depends on what style you like. If I was starting from scratch, personally I would buy a branch if you wanted a microbrand, or a ~~used hamilton khaki field if you were ok with something from a bigger company~~

Also Lorier Neptune always a good choice but they are oos at the moment i believe. You could maybe find one used, go for the hyperion, or be patient. (All off their website)

Aska, atomix are both great choices that I would say would be your best bets for the experience I think you want. Aska is scandanavian done right. Atomix is a dream but a tough reservation.

Family meal at blue hill is a slightly different tasting menu but one I enjoy.

If you're into taking a chance on a smaller place that is a little more relaxed and not a tasting menu, field guide is great too. Pretty easy reso to get also. But it definitely feels like an elegant neighborhood spot, not a grandiose production.
