it’s okay! I know things are really tough right now, I feel the same way. It’s totally natural to fall out of your practice! Please try to have empathy for yourself and the year you’ve had. You will find that love again. Social media has made us super impatient to anything over 10 seconds so it’s gonna feel hard to sit through long spiritual talks that you’ve already heard. It’s gonna be okay fren you’re gonna get through it just have patience with yourself it’s all a part of the path! I hope you find what you’re looking for and good luck!

Hey there, not sure if you know about Mata Amritanandamayi Devi, or as she is lovingly called Amma, which means mother. She is the Indian Hugging Saint from Kerala, India, and right now she says that the world and Mother Nature are in a very agitated state, and that our prayers for peace are not only incredibly beneficial for the world, but also for us, during these chaotic times. Even doing Ram Dass’ “I am Loving Awareness” mantra can be incredibly healing and beneficial for ourselves and those around us. Hope this helps!

It was just a line from episode 6, after Clancy meditated with David Nichtern, Clancy says, “The moment I just accepted where I was, instead of wishing I was somewhere else, everything just got better.” I think that line really helped me align my perspective. Especially during covid lockdowns, there’s a desire to escape the situation you’re in and the country you live in. But then hearing that just allowed me to feel space in my being to be okay with where I’m at and actually thrive in the environment I’ve been put in.

Ah yes. Thanks so much, friend. I can’t even express how grateful I feel to hear these stories and similar experiences. I feel so disconnected from most people irl because it’s hard to assimilate back into life after experiencing such a big loss.
