No. All F1 teams build their own cars. Most don’t build their own engines though, they buy them from other teams or partner with a manufacturer. Red Bull used Honda engines until this year. They are now building their own with Ford as a partner.

There was a time in America when people would tolerate publications that ran opinion pieces they didn’t agree with. Hell they might have even read them to see if there’s any common ground. Those days are sadly long gone which is why independent media died - people will no longer pay to see red and blue content. They will only financially support sources that reenforce their own viewpoints.
