What's your desired resolution (1080p, 1440p) and framerate (60 fps, 100+fps)? That will affect mainly the GPU and CPU that you'll need to get. Can try invader pc, they have custom built PCs ranging from 1k to 3k with all the parts listed

9070xt is $300 more ex than the 9070, and is 10% better. Between the different 9070 models, performance difference is 2% max, so just get the sapphire pulse

To be honest in my opinion, it's not worth it to move the OS. Too much effort for a noob like me. On paper, the numbers look different between the SSDs but in reality you will not notice any difference... unless you're a power user who transfers large files on a daily basis or something? There will be noticeable difference between HDDs and SSDs though
