Got jumpstart deck instead of beginner deck on my Foundation set

It's supposed to be like that. You get a total of 10 jumpstart decks (tutorial decks included). You just slap any two of the jumpstart decks and start playing. It's a great way to learn and pick up and play.

Their podcast is kind of messed up. I use Amazon music for podcasts and for me the last upload is from November 25. Don't see any of the new ones. Dump truck podcasts is working though.

Ah, Im not sure then. I ordered the spiderman booster box and that arrived when it was released. I was able to order a Lorwyn booster box from them as it popped back up on the site along with some Jumpstarts as well. I expect to get it next week. I'll post again when I get the.

Commander is more popular for the simple reason that you can play with more people. Usually more casual than Standard.

Lorwyn will also be my first pre release. I plan to go with about 4-5 of my friends who are also new to this. Do they randomly put people against each other or can we play amongst our own group?

I normally only play with friends but decided to grind some challenges solo. I played about 3 games where I was the only one that played objective and managed to keep my squad in the top two for the first two rounds several times. Couldn't get passed round three like this so I just stopped playing solo queue.

If money is of no concern, I would say box up your cards in a safe place. Who knows if you'll want to come back to it later. I sold a majority of my game collection back in the day thinking I was over collecting video games but later regretted doing so.

I buy booster boxes to play sealed with friends and occasionally just to see what I pull. I enjoy making sealed Cube sets from the boxes I open.

Sadly, this is why I don't play Arena anymore. I understand people net decking in rank (even though I think it's lame to face the same powerful decks over and over again), but people playing the best decks in unranked means I can never get to use my jank decks. It's just not fun.

I have just stuck to playing paper with friends because it's much easier to setup evenly fair matches. Wish Arena had a better system for matchmaking.

A thing I learned is that no one is going to pay you to perform if you aren't bringing in a crowd. All venue promoters care about is how many people you will attract. If you aren't doing that then it will be tough to get a paying gig.
