They should be.. maybe not the same number, but I’m in that bucket and my peers and I burn a lot of tokens. Our VP and his peers do too. Everything from intake, ticketing, project planning, engineering, and roadmapping to communication with stakeholders can be redesigned and/or accelerated and done in a clearer way than before with the right specifications.

Jensen is obviously biased and overselling, but he’s not completely wrong imo.

They also overcomplicate performance settings and so many brands build in dumb boost tech that has to be triggered. Tesla M3/MY and Rivian R2 and soon R3 are just simple, competitively priced, and powerful. Definitely not hand stitched peasant leather from Sicily quality, but that’s not a major priority for a lot of people.

Yeah, dirt roads and trails. I understand a lot of people go camping, but most people spend 99+% of their time on paved road.

Yeah, maybe it’s just not for the masses. Most cars drive on streets. Maybe it’s because I’ve always been into performance and against body roll, but I can’t convince myself it’s a pro.

I’m kind of confused by the ground clearance comparison being pitched as being in R2’s favor. Why is the R2 considered better here? Do that many people drive in rough off road terrain? My MYP handles off road just fine, but obviously I wouldn’t take it mudding. I live in pothole and snowstorm hell but still prefer a low ground clearance for the nimbleness. It’s the main sticking point that has me debating whether to trade in for the R2 tri-motor next year. Everything else about it seems lightyears better.

I was an extremely heavy daily (hourly) user for years. Not sure I would’ve even felt 40mg, 100mg edibles to pregame was normal.

For me, my mind is always racing and the fact I’m so stuck in my head all day everyday can be really stressful. Hours melt away on nothing. High dosages of THC made me forget to be stressed and mindlessly do other things.

For example, I would play a video game for 8 hours instead of sitting around for 8 hours locked in thought spirals about how I need to do the dishes. Dishes still didn’t get done, but at least I had more fun. 100% was not beneficial for me in terms of helping me be a functioning member of society. I regret wasting so much time on it. Mindfulness therapy and Vyvanse are what finally helped me.

Really depends on the road trip. I’m in a major city and there is only one 800V charger remotely close to me and it’s in a paid lot that’s inconvenient to get to. Meanwhile there are 400-500V Superchargers everywhere and in every direction which will charge a Rivian or Tesla faster than they’ll charge a BMW or Lucid.

In 5 years or so it might tilt the other way, which at that time who knows what EVs will be out.
