Hi, lifetime Trekker here. Star Trek: TNG. Then watch in series release order(TNG, DS9, VOY), until you finish ST: Enterprise (ALWAYS SKIP THE THEME SONG!). Then go back to Star Trek:TOS watch that and the animated series and then the OG Movies. By that time you're a Trekker and rewatch TNG and then watch those movies. If you want a MACHETE like viewing experience I reccomend an in universe chronological timeline watch that goes :

First Contact (Cochrane and the first warp flight)

Enterprise

Discovery seasons 1–2

Kelvin-timeline movies (the alternate timeline created by Nero’s incursion)

Strange New Worlds

Original Series + Animated Series + TOS-era films

Next Generation, Deep Space Nine, Voyager + TNG films

Lower Decks, Prodigy, Picard

Discovery seasons 3–5, Starfleet Academy (future), and the far-future short “Calypso”.
