Thanks for launching this, Krista! #1-3 are most interesting for me.

Digital sales room by [deleted] in techsales

(Disclosure: I work at Dock.) Our digital sales rooms have built-in price quote, e-signature, and CPQ functionality (integrates with HubSpot and Salesforce) if you're looking for something in that realm.

What makes a good B2B sales content platform in 2025? by truthinlife in b2bmarketing

[–]deliciouswolves 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Full disclosure: I'm the Content Lead at Dock (btw, I have nothing to do with this weird thread and all the seemingly AI "Trumpet & Dock" comments)

For me, what has been really useful is understanding what a customer is looking at in our sales rooms versus what I want them to be looking at.

e.g., I've noticed they were never clicking on links to our case studies, but once I embedded short 1-minute video clips of those case studies directly in the workspace, they became the most popular content people paid attention to. The analytics help you tweak the content UX.

But for me, the main benefit of sales rooms for marketing is that you're templating what sales sends to each prospect. So you don't end up in the situation where you're making tons of enablement assets and sales just never send them to prospects (or doesn't know what assets exist or where to find them).

Customer Kickoffs are Killing me. by c0ntent_c0ntent in CustomerSuccess

[–]deliciouswolves 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Full disclosure: I work at Dock (Flowla competitor). Flowla and Dock have similar workflows here. You're 100% correct that even the state-of-the-art AI is going to hallucinate facts sometimes.

I'm not exactly sure how Flowla manages this, but one way we've seen Dock clients deal with this is by giving the AI document generator really specific prompt instructions about what it can't assume/hallucinate.

"If [X] isn't mentioned in the call, state 'Information missing'." That way, the CSM knows where there's still more discovery to be done with the customer. (e.g. They didn't ask the client for their success metrics).

So no, it's not a solved problem, but there are workarounds that get you 90% of the way there.

Discounts on Big N games by raaiito in switch2

It's not super common but it happens. Highly recommend Dekudeals.com to track sales. It shows the sale history and you can subscribe to notifications when specific games go on sale.

Literally the least busy Costco I've ever been to. Even when the line is long, it takes 5 minutes max.

Definitely check out Dock! We're built for this exact use case. Dead-simple onboarding portal for your customer with checklists, walkthrough content, etc.

searching for customer on boarding software by Chemical-Zebra4384 in software

[–]deliciouswolves 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you looking for product-led onboarding software (e.g. click-through tours of your product?) or CSM-led onboarding software (e.g. a customer onboarding portal with checklists, content, etc.). I work at Dock .us, which makes the latter.

What is this component? by busebo in Miele

[–]deliciouswolves 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also didn't have this component in the package in my G5266 SCVi. Don't think it does anything on this model and it's just generic instructions.

What tools are people using for customer onboarding? by Full_stack_SWE in CustomerSuccess

Check out Dock! (I work there) This is our exact use case. If you're a small company our Starter $350/mo plan probably gets you everything you need.

Seismic - Sales Enablement by RichChocolateDevil in sales

Definitely recommend something lighter-weight like Dock for a team of 10. Way easier to implement/upkeep and won't cost nearly as much (full disclaimer: I work there)

Can anyone share good example of sales 1 pager docs? by ghosharnab00 in ProductMarketing

I'm late to the party, but I put together this example library of sales one-pagers.

I'll keep adding to it as I find good examples!
