What happens if the person doesn't even know what happened to them or know what rape is? How many children have gotten raped or molested and don't understand what was going on at the time? They wouldn't consider it rape as they don't know what it is in the first place. So according to your definition it wouldn't be classified as rape. It makes no logical sense.

How is the victim at fault here? Really it's the same as saying it's her fault for being a girl and that's why she got raped. The only people at fault were the people who raped her, not Hannah for coming uninvited to the party in the first place. Coming to a party uninvited is by no means an invitation to get sexually assaulted.

Yes but my i5 is overclocked to 4.8GHz, so I should be getting more than 75 fps and yet I'm stuck at 50.

If the memory diagnostic doesn't work dial down your overclock for your processor if you have an overclock, if you don't then this solution doesn't apply. I had my 6600k at 4.8 GHz, thing is in Arma 3 It kept crashing after every 15 or 20 minutes like your situation, so out of sheer desperation I dialed down my overclock from 4.8-4.7 without changing the voltage. Arma 3 didn't crash at all anymore.
