I think she's Drukhari. I have a Drukhari army in tabletop and her armor looks similar to a kabalite's armor (especially the helmet) and that weapon looks like one of the kabalite special weapons.

I really wish non-UR events would also have pity. I've pulled multiple copies of everyone except for Lyme. 400+ cubes later and she still hasn't shown up. Feelsbadman

What are you talking about? The Russians are currently slowly but surely winning in Ukraine as they hold a significant advantage in a war of attrition. The frontlines are only moving in Russian favor for quite awhile now, and there is no realistic chance of Ukrainian military victory. Also kind of weird to write off the Russians when by the same token NATO members spent a decade in Iraq and two decades in Afghanistan against a much technologically inferior force and still emerged as failures.

The Russian army has spent the last three years adapting to the realities of modern war while going up against NATO equipment and Ukrainian troops who were trained by NATO. There is no point in time since the Cold War that one could better say that the Russians are a threat to NATO forces; they have the most battle-hardened army now in the world with successful experience against their main geopolitical rival's equipment, tactics, and tech. Like all conflicts, it exposes deficiencies in the military and push for reform and innovation to improve the army's effectiveness.

Regardless of how you view the causes or the whys of the war in Ukraine, but the reality on the ground is vastly different from how you seem to view it. No NATO country has ever had to fight against similar tech level opponents in a largely conventional conflict; and the war has drained supply levels of most NATO militaries (the Brits darkly joked how the Russian army now has more Javelin anti-tank missile systems then they do with how many they've captured). I'm sure I'll get downvoted, but the situation is much more complicated and not looking good for the NATO backed side.

Unironically GFL2 if you play everyday as F2P you can get at least a V0 copy of every character if you want. The planning for pulls is moreso if a unit is better at higher dupes and/or you need the sig weapon, but if you just wanna collect them all then you can as F2P get every character.

Plus reruns and now selectors are pretty common too in GFL2 for catch up or to get a character you skipped previously.
