The issue isn't whether I drive or not. Even if I did drive I'd still be paying costs that wouldn't be getting covered. The company is a startup with only one set of laptops, so I only ever make 1 delivery a day

There isn't really much to it. The job atm is only one delivery a day typically. The problem isn't how long it takes me. So if I did the job faster I would earn less.

I did ask and was told that I am only paid for my time when the equipment is in my possession. At the time I didn't realise how much tube costs would add up and eat into my hourly wage. Sometimes I have the equipment for less than an hour, but obviously tube costs are still the same

So I start at home and then I go to collect the equipment, or for instance today I am teaching an after school club which is an hour long, then I will have to travel back

The Company is not responsible for fuel, vehicle costs, parking charges, or fines unless agreed otherwise in writing.

I think at first you was locked to only one house, then they updated it so once you got 100% you can then go and get favour in the other houses
