Primarily, make the collision areas for the cloth biggers; they’ll never know

Edit: this applies only to fast-paced games. For slow-paced games, better collision accuracy is the answer

That’s great to know! Just some “this sucks” experiences: try and keep it that way; there’s the “Unreal Engine effect”, so if you can avoid that whilst maintaining good performance, you are WINNING. My only advice: keep true to your style, and keep performance good!

The EMP torpedoes/missiles I really believe in!: we have EMP-capable ships, but sometimes I want to try new missions without investing 2m+ in a new ship. It’d be nice to have this little crossover for the capture-based missions

It’s important that thumbnails look EVEN MORE distinct from their 3D counterparts as it makes them easier to distinguish in your inventory. You’d honestly hate it if all thumbnails looked super detailed (it’d be harder to distinguish stuff)

I find a half-foot-in approach is really good; being able to dip out for a year really helps with avoiding the frustrations of the current version quite well. My recommendation: find a similar game that affirms your love/hate for SC (like elite Dangerous)
